Does approving a draft publish it?

No. Approval records a review decision. Actual sending, publication or rendering depends on the supported action, enabled provider and required permissions.

What does six-month bug support cover?

Reproducible bugs in an accepted ready-made app scope, for six calendar months from final accepted handover. New features and source updates are separately quoted. Read the support terms.

Can I request a cancellation or refund?

Yes. Send the project and payment references to support. The accepted quote and applicable rights govern the review; requests are acknowledged within 2 business days and decided within 7 business days. Approved refunds are initiated within 5 business days, with bank credit normally taking a further 5–10 business days. See the process.

Can you guarantee store approval or provider access?

No. The relevant provider controls eligibility, review and approval. We prepare the agreed work and explain the configuration or handover required.
