Know the terms before you pay.

A clear process for workspace charges, app projects and paid customization requests.

Cancellation and refund requests are acknowledged within 2 business days and decided within 7 business days of receipt. Approved refunds are initiated within 5 business days of approval; bank credit normally takes a further 5–10 business days. Eligibility depends on the service and payment record, and applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

1. Review your written quote

Before paying for an app package, custom feature or source update, review the exact scope, amount/currency, payment milestones, cancellation terms and treatment of work already completed or third-party costs. Ask sales@raunix.com to clarify missing terms before you accept or pay.

A website package card, saved intake or source preview is not a substitute for an accepted quote. The processing timelines below apply to requests; they are not a promise that every purchase qualifies for a refund.

2. How to request cancellation or a refund

Email support@raunix.com with your workspace/project reference, quote or invoice reference, payment date/reference, requested change and reason. Do not include full card details, passwords or private keys.

We acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a written cancellation/refund decision within 7 business days of receipt. If information is missing, we identify it and explain the status within that period. Do not assume work or a provider subscription has stopped until cancellation is confirmed.

3. App projects, custom work and source updates

For work that has begun, the accepted milestones and cancellation terms determine how completed work, approved deliverables and committed third-party costs are assessed. A pending feature request is separately quoted; it is not automatically charged or included in the original package.

Source licences and provider/store charges may have separate supplier terms. Those terms must be disclosed where relevant; a supplier restriction does not remove rights you have under applicable law. App-store rejection is not, by itself, a promise of a refund or proof that agreed work was delivered correctly.

4. Workspace subscriptions and wallet credits

Workspace subscription charges, WhatsApp/message usage credits and app-project payments are separate records. Cancelling one does not automatically cancel or refund the others. A source-update payment cannot be treated as unused messaging wallet credit.

Cancel future Stripe renewals through Billing before the next renewal. CCAvenue one-time plans do not automatically debit; stop renewing to end the next paid period. Existing legacy mandates must be cancelled using the provider shown in Billing. Cancellation of future renewal leaves access available through the paid period unless a separate refund or closure resolution states otherwise.

Duplicate charges, incorrect charges, non-activation after confirmed payment and a failure to provide the agreed service are grounds for review and refund where established. Consumed usage, delivered work and disclosed third-party costs are assessed separately. A change-of-mind request is assessed against the accepted order and actual service use; no automatic full refund is promised. We explain the amount and any deductions in writing.

5. Bugs during the support period

A reproducible defect in an accepted ready-made app deliverable can be reported under its six-calendar-month, in-scope bug support, starting at final accepted handover. Include the expected result, what happened, the affected version and safe reproduction steps.

New functionality, changed design preferences, source-version upgrades or additional integrations are separately assessed. The support process does not replace any remedy required under applicable law.

6. Confirmed refunds

If a refund is approved or required, we initiate it within 5 business days of approval to the original payment method, unless the provider requires a different verified method. The confirmation states the amount, currency, covered payment and refund reference. Bank or payment-provider credit normally takes a further 5–10 business days from initiation. This bank estimate is separate from our processing commitment; contact support if it is exceeded.

Business days mean Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Rajasthan, India; timelines use Indian Standard Time (IST). If bank credit is delayed beyond the stated estimate, email support@raunix.com with the refund reference so we can trace it with the provider. Keep the written resolution and confirmation; acknowledgement of a request is not proof of refund initiation.
