Clear terms. Confident next steps.
The shared terms for using Rise and agreeing a ready-made app or customization project.
Your selected package, accepted quote and product-specific licence define what is included. A plan, preview or source preparation does not mean an app has been built or published.
1. The service and your agreement
Raunix Rise is provided by Raunix Tech Services Pvt Ltd. These terms cover the hosted workspace and our app-delivery services. Use the service only if you are authorized to act for the account, business and material you provide.
A paid project also requires its recorded package, scope, price/currency, source/product terms, delivery milestones and commercial terms. Project-specific written terms govern their stated scope; mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected. Ask us to resolve any inconsistency before accepting or paying.
2. Accounts and responsible use
Keep account details accurate, protect credentials and give each team member appropriate access. You are responsible for the business instructions, assets, customer data and permissions supplied through your workspace.
Do not use Rise to send unlawful or unwanted communications, impersonate others, bypass access controls or misuse another party’s intellectual property. Messages and connected actions must follow the relevant platform’s permissions, messaging windows and content rules, as well as applicable law.
3. Automation, AI and approval
Enabling an automation authorizes its supported configured actions. Review the trigger, audience and content before activating it. AI suggestions can be incomplete or incorrect; review claims, offers, prices and intended use before approving them.
Marketing preparation creates drafts for review. Approval alone does not publish a social post, submit an app or establish a successful delivery. Actual sends, rendering, hosting and store actions require their supported connection, configuration and explicit workflow. We do not guarantee sales growth, platform eligibility, message delivery or store acceptance.
4. Ready-made apps and project scope
The Android-and-website package covers the selected supported app source, website and agreed rebranding. The Android, iOS and website package also includes the agreed iOS preparation and delivery work. Exact screens, backend/admin access, hosting, build artifacts and handover items must be described in the accepted quote.
Custom features, extra integrations, additional brands or platforms, migrations and source-version updates are separately scoped and charged when agreed. A request or saved project brief is not a commitment that every requested feature is included or already available.
5. Source licences, intellectual property and client data
You retain your rights in the brand assets, original business content and customer data you supply. You authorize their use only as needed to provide the agreed service. You must have permission to use and share them.
Ready-made products can include third-party commercial and open-source components with their own licences. Rights to use, modify, redistribute, resell or receive source code depend on the specific product licence and accepted agreement; payment does not create unrestricted ownership of third-party code. Each client/project must pass the applicable source-rights review.
Rise’s platform, reusable tools and pre-existing materials remain subject to their existing ownership and licences. Any ownership or licence granted for paid custom work must be stated in the quote. Source code and customer data are separate: a source licence does not authorize access to another client’s environment, credentials or data.
6. Client accounts, testing and handover
The client supplies or authorizes the required domains, hosting, Firebase/Maps, payment and messaging services, and app-store accounts. Their fees, approvals and restrictions are separate unless expressly included. Keep private signing keys and service credentials in the agreed secure process, not in a public project description.
The client reviews the agreed app/site artifacts and test results before approving delivery or any supported store action. Material changes to those artifacts or scope require renewed approval. For template-generated iOS apps, the content-provider client submits directly from its own Apple account; Rise provides the agreed preparation and handover assistance, subject to Apple’s requirements.
Delivery depends on supported source, completed configuration, testing and the agreed milestones. Preview images, source-copy checksums and preparation statuses are not proof of a compiled, signed or published application.
7. Six-month bug support and additional work
Ready-made app delivery includes six calendar months of support for reproducible bugs in the accepted scope, starting from final accepted handover. The project record should identify that handover and the resulting support end date.
New features, changed requirements, additional integrations, source-version upgrades and work outside the accepted scope require a separate quote. Third-party outages or policy changes are not a guarantee that an external provider will restore service; any adaptation work is assessed against the agreed scope. No response-time or resolution SLA is implied unless separately agreed.
8. Pricing, payments and cancellation
Hosted-workspace charges, messaging wallet credits and project/update fees are distinct. The accepted order identifies the amount, currency, taxes where applicable, payment method and milestones. Provider usage and store/hosting fees are included only when explicitly stated.
Creating a quote or accepting terms does not automatically collect payment. A manual payment record means an authorized operator recorded verification; it is not a claim of automated gateway settlement. Refunds and cancellation follow the disclosed quote-specific terms and applicable rights, as explained in our Refunds & cancellation policy.
9. Service changes and ending use
Connections and features can change with provider capabilities or service maintenance. Access may need to be restricted to address abuse, security issues or an unmet agreed payment obligation. Contact support about account closure, outstanding project work and available data export or deletion arrangements.
Ending a subscription or disconnecting a provider does not automatically cancel a separate project, reverse already completed work or close an account held directly with another provider. The accepted agreements and applicable law determine outstanding responsibilities.
10. Connected messaging and comment services
WhatsApp template campaigns submit approved templates from an authorised business number to recipients with appropriate consent. Instagram and Facebook comment services evaluate configured rules and submit supported replies on connected business assets. YouTube comment replies use the authorised channel and YouTube Data API. These services do not sell followers, views, likes or fabricated engagement.
You must control or be authorised to manage each connected account, grant the required permissions, obtain recipient consent where required, honour opt-outs and review your rules and message content. Platform app review, account eligibility, API quota, template approval and messaging restrictions apply independently of your Rise payment. A plan purchase does not guarantee provider access or successful delivery.
11. Checkout, activation and renewal
Review your selected plan, paid duration, currency, taxes, discount and final total in Billing before continuing to the payment provider. India checkout uses CCAvenue for one-time payments with no automatic debit in that flow. Outside India, Stripe subscription renewals continue until cancelled through the supported Billing process. Any existing legacy subscription remains subject to the provider and renewal state shown in Billing.
Paid access or credits are applied after payment verification. If your account is debited but access is pending, contact support with the order reference before paying again. Provider connection and configuration are separate from payment activation. Digital services do not involve physical shipping; custom project delivery follows the accepted milestones.
Cancellation of future renewal does not by itself refund a paid period or close your account. Review the Refunds & cancellation policy for eligibility and processing timelines. Third-party charges and consumed usage are assessed separately, with reasons for any deduction explained in the refund decision.
12. Service limits and remedies
We are responsible for providing the service described in your accepted order. We do not promise uninterrupted third-party availability, specific marketing results or provider approval. Report a service failure with its workspace and order reference so we can investigate and provide an appropriate correction or refund where due.
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Complaints and disputed charges can be raised with support@raunix.com. Contacting support does not remove your right to pursue remedies available under applicable law.
13. Questions and this version
Contact support@raunix.com about these terms or sales@raunix.com to clarify a proposed project. A marketplace acceptance should record this terms version together with the product-specific terms and scope shown to the client. Later changes do not silently replace an earlier accepted quote or grant new source rights.
